Safari to Kidepo National Park Uganda
TOU\B104 KIDEPO PARK (3DAYS / 2NIGHTS)
- DAY 1
You will be picked up from your overnight accommodation in Kampala/Entebbe and driven to Entebbe International Airport for your chartered flight to Kidepo, where you will arrive at Apoka Lodge. After lunch, enjoy panoramic views of the Narus River Valley and photographic opportunities from the verandah of the lodge. Take an evening game drive in the Narus River Valley for game viewing and photography of elephants, herds of buffaloes, jackals, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Klipspringer and possibly lions. Dinner and overnight at Apoka Lodge. Meal Plan – Lunch and dinner.
- DAY 2
After an early breakfast, go for morning game drive to Kanangorok hot spring. You may see giraffes, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs, zebras, hunting dogs, ostriches, cheetahs, etc. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon have a cultural experience that will bring into contact with the Karimojong people at Karenna or Kapedo. Meet the local elders and interact with them. They will show you the kraals, grinding stones and many more interesting items. Dinner and overnight at Apoka Safari Lodge. Meal Plan – Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- DAY 3
Morning: Visit the bird hide and enjoy a guided nature walk. After lunch, board your chartered flight back to Entebbe Airport and arrive back in Kampala late in the evening.
Includes: Accommodation, meals, park entry fees, ranger guide fees, game drives, private chartered flight to Kidepo, bottled mineral water and 4x4 ground transportation in safari vehicle with an English-speaking driver guide.
Excludes: Beverages (wines, beers, etc), tips and other expenses of a personal nature.
